(d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). JEGI CLARITY held its second Executive Leadership Dinner of 2018 on May 31st at Maloney & Porcelli in New York starting at 6PM with cocktails. These events are structured as roundtable discussions and provide a stimulating evening of great conversation and networking.

This Dinner was focused on the topic “Human Capital Management” and the roundtable discussion was led by Warren Thune who shared his perspectives on trends in HCM and how employers can leverage rapidly advancing technology and related services to tackle these challenges and propel their organizations to improved performance.

The Dinner brought together approximately 30 senior executives from a mix of large global corporations, such as ADP, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Willis Towers Watson, and emerging companies, including CorpU, Jobalign, and The Muse.
