Leonis Principal, Inc. (d/b/a “Leonis Partners”) and The Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc. (d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). We are delighted to announce that we are welcoming both Jonathan Davis and San Datta into the partnership.

Jonathan and San have been with JEGI CLARITY since 2009 and each have two decades of transaction experience within the Media, Information, and Technology sectors. They will continue to be based in our London office serving clients across Europe and supporting our teams globally.
