JEGI CLARITY has advised Zenfolio, a portfolio company of Centre Lane Partners, on their acquisition of an undisclosed target.

Founded in 2005, Zenfolio is a leading SaaS platform that provides professional photographers with website building, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM capabilities. The Company’s customer base is comprised of approximately 65,000 users and includes professional event photographers, high volume photographers, and aspiring professionals.

This merger brings together two market-leading organizations that provide online tools to photographers. The acquisition will fuel further innovation and growth for Zenfolio as well as expand their client base. This marks the second acquisition for Zenfolio, after their acquisition of Format in 2021.
