JEGI CLARITY has co-advised on Pamlico Capital’s sale of World 50 to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

MSCP has partnered with the current management, led by CEO David Wilkie, who will remain CEO and continue to drive organic growth and acquisitions during the investment.
