During Riverside’s hold, ProSites transformed from a website designer into an industry leading provider of subscription-based online marketing solutions for SMB professionals.
This acquisition will open a new chapter for ProSites as they utilize the Rockbridge network to further develop its product offerings and scale its outreach capabilities, both through internal investments and add-on acquisitions of complementary businesses. ProSites will join Rockbridge and the Rock Family of Companies which includes other high-growth businesses such as Quicken Loans, Gas Station TV, Connect America, Rock Connections, and Bedrock.
