(d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). (NYSE: GCI) has announced the acquisition of the stock of PointRoll, Inc., a leading interactive advertising technology company that provides user-friendly, non-intrusive “mouse over mini-site” Internet technology. This technology enables advertisers to expand their space online and receive more measurable impact from their online advertising campaigns. PointRoll will join Gannett’s USA Today division.
