JEGI CLARITY’s sell-side advisory role caps a five-year, consultative relationship with the founder/owners of Metric Theory, and represents another bell weather digital marketing transaction for the firm. This is JEGI CLARITY’s second major transaction with S4, following the sale of its client Media Monks to S4 in 2019.
S4 Capital plc is a new age/new era digital advertising and marketing services company founded by Sir Martin Sorrell. Its strategy is to build a purely digital advertising and marketing services business for global, multinational, regional, local clients and millennial-driven influencer brands.
