JEGI CLARITY has advised MaritzCX, a privately-held customer experience (CX) software business, on their sale to InMoment, a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, a leading Chicago-based private equity firm.

MaritzCX (MCX) is a true pioneer in the customer experience field. Its enterprise CX solutions combine one of the world’s most advanced software platforms with industry-leading research, data science and analytics expertise. MCX designs and manages large-scale customer experience programs for leading global brands such as GM, Bank of America and Adobe, including software implementation, CX tracking and business improvement advisory.

With investment support from Madison Dearborn Partners, this acquisition brings together two world-class organizations that deliver truly unique value to clients in their ongoing quest to win and retain their most loyal and profitable customers. The merge company will immediately support over 2,000 leading brands with a global team of 1,500 employees located in 20 offices spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. Leadership from both organizations is represented on the combined executive and management teams.
