JEGI CLARITY acted as sole corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Hjaltelin Stahl on their sale to Accenture Interactive.

Founded in 2003, Hjaltelin Stahl is one of Denmark’s largest independent agencies and was voted the best agency in Denmark in 2019 for the 4th consecutive year in the annual Mylmage survey. Hjaltelin Stahl creates cross-channel branding campaigns and digital experiences for globally renowned brands such as Arla, COOP, IKEA, Suzuki and Telia. The agency employs approximately 150 creatives, digital designers, producers, technologists, and communication consultants specializing in advertising, branding, film production, social and marketing automation.
