JEGI CLARITY has provided both M&A and Debt Advisory services to support GCP on their investment in Electric Theatre Collective (“ETC”).

ETC is a highly successful and multi-award winning visual effects and animation studio. Founded in 2011 by three partners, the growing team of 140 employees provide cutting-edge moving image and sound capabilities for screen-based advertising campaigns. The business has developed deep, embedded relationships with a large global client base, that include some of the world’s largest brands such as Apple and Coca-Cola. 

This investment will accelerate the company’s growth and internalization plans, with the aim of becoming the dominant advertising VFX studio worldwide.
