JEGI CLARITY has advised the shareholders of CSA on their sale to Nexon, a portfolio company of EQT.

CSA is based in Australia and employees over 130 people. It provides technology advice, solutions and managed services to mid-market, enterprise and government customers across Australia. Underpinned by a strong ServiceNow practice, core capabilities include cloud, digital, network and cyber security.

The acquisition of CSA will enable Nexon to drive digital transformations for new and existing clients, leveraging its strong C-suite engagement and expertise in digital services. Following the transaction Nexon’s headcount will total over 400.
