Leonis Principal, Inc. (d/b/a “Leonis Partners”) and The Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc. (d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). JEGI CLARITY has advised Arrow on the sale of a majority stake to Asacha Media.

Headquartered in London, Arrow is a world leading producer of premium factual content. The business delivers over 100 hours annually of highly acclaimed and multi-award winning content across genres including true-crime, history, nature, adventure and science for networks and streaming platforms, including Discovery, Disney and the BBC.

The acquisition of Arrow significantly expands Asacha’s English language output in high-end factual content, while adding a strong new US presence and will enable Arrow to pursue further growth in the UK and North America, while also expanding into new markets.
