JEGI CLARITY has advised Adstream on their sale to Extreme Reach.

Adstream is a powerful cross-media advertising content delivery platform and is a leading global provider of digital asset management, creative logistics and analytics solutions. Headquartered in the UK and employing over 450 people across 33 offices Adstream supports thousands of customers with millions of deliveries each year.

This acquisition will allow Extreme Reach to provide global creative asset management, talent and rights management, video ad serving and activation, all-in-one data-rich deployment platform.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals.
