JEGI CLARITY has advised Ad Practitioners on their acquisition of Money.com and related assets, from Meredith Corporation.

Meredith acquired the MONEY brand as part of its January 2018 acquisition of Time Inc. Deemed non-core, the sale to Ad Practitioners includes the popular Money.com website, which averages 4 million monthly unique visitors, according to comScore.

Founded in 2016, Ad Practitioners matches world-class brands with engaged audiences across over 150 categories, from personal finance, health, home and lifestyle to insurance, software and others. Consumers rely on Ad Practitioners to connect them with products and services that enrich, de-risk and simplify their lives. The acquisition of MONEY further strengthens Ad Practitioners’ ability to serve its audience by adding a trusted and historic voice to its portfolio of digital brands.
