Leonis Principal, Inc. (d/b/a “Leonis Partners”) and The Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc. (d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). San is a Partner in our London office, having joined JEGI CLARITY in 2009. San has over 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience across the TMT sector.

San started his banking career in the European TMT Advisory team at JPMorgan where he worked on over $10bn of M&A and capital raising transactions for large-cap international media and technology companies including Bertelsman, Pearson, BSkyB and Telenor. He then went on to be Co-Founder at a specialist media and sports advisory boutique, Hermes Sports Partners (subsequently part of GE Capital) and prior to joining JEGI CLARITY was part of the senior executive team at the international pay-TV broadcaster, Setanta. San holds a BA honours degree in Law and an LLM in International Law from Nottingham University.
