As a Managing Director in our Boston office, Michael is focused on advising primarily marketing services, digital media and business information and related technology companies on mergers and acquisitions and private capital financings. 

Prior to joining JEGI CLARITY, Michael worked as an investment banker with Piper Jaffray, Jefferies, BMO Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch, covering a variety of Internet, media, marketing, technology and telecom sub-sectors.  During his career, Michael has advised on approximately $8 billion of global M&A transactions and more than $30 billion of public and private equity and debt financings. Prior to working as an investment banker, Michael worked for GE Capital in both corporate financial management and corporate development roles. 

Michael received his BBA with Honors from The Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and his MBA from The UCLA Anderson School of Management.  He is a certified FINRA representative.
