Marcus is a Partner in our London office, having joined JEGI CLARITY in 2009. Marcus has over 25 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience in the media, information and technology sectors.

Marcus originally practiced as a Solicitor in the TMT team at Olswang (now part of CMS) from where he joined the leading TMT focused M&A advisory firm LongAcre Partners as one of five shareholder partners. Upon LongAcre’s sale to Jefferies in 2008, Marcus became a Managing Director in their European M&A team where he remained until joining JEGI CLARITY.

Marcus holds an LLB from University College, London. He has been featured in the Campaign A list for two consecutive years and is a trustee of the charity Tri For Life which has raised over £2m for a variety of charitable causes through a yearly triathlon organised at Woburn Abbey.
