Kevin is a Managing Director in our San Francisco office. He is focused on advising software, internet and digital media companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and private capital financings. Kevin has over 25 years of domestic and cross-border transaction experience delivering strategic advice to entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital firms, and corporate clients, in over 100 transactions. 

Prior to joining JEGI CLARITY, Kevin worked for GCA Altium and Stella EOC.  His historical experience includes working across a variety of technology and media sub-sectors.  During the course of his career, Kevin has advised his global clients on over $5 billion of mergers and acquisitions and more than $20 billion of public and private equity and debt financings. Additional historical investment banking experience include roles at Arma Partners, Barclays Capital / Lehman Brothers and Citigroup. 

Kevin received his MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of Michigan.  He is a certified FINRA representative.
