Leonis Principal, Inc. (d/b/a “Leonis Partners”) and The Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc. (d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). Jonathan is Chief Business Development Officer in our London office with responsibility for the EMEA region, having joined JEGI CLARITY in 2014. Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in advisory, banking and finance positions and is a CFA Charterholder.

Before joining JEGI CLARITY, Jonathan spent 10 years in the wealth management industry advising and working with entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. Most recently he worked as a Financial Adviser with UBS in London. Prior to that he worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Jonathan holds a BSc Econ in Economics and Management Studies from Cardiff University.
