Leonis Principal, Inc. (d/b/a “Leonis Partners”) and The Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc. (d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). Bill is the Chief of Compliance and Business Affairs in our New York office having joined JEGI CLARITY in 1996. He oversees business operations and legal affairs, while also establishing and maintaining JEGI CLARITY’s best practices protocol and quality control guidelines. Bill also serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the firm’s broker/dealer subsidiary, JEGI LLC. Bill has been instrumental in refining JEGI CLARITY’s integrated approach to M&A advisory assignments and in developing dedicated research, documentation, and due-diligence support teams. 

Before joining JEGI CLARITY, Bill had more than 20 years’ experience in C-level marketing and management roles at B2B and B2C media and direct marketing companies, and a for-profit association. Bill has served as Group Vice President and General Manager of the Children’s Television Workshop Publishing Group and Vice President of Marketing at Whitney Communications Corporation. 

Bill earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his AB in English from Harvard University.
