Amrita is General Counsel and Compliance Director based in our London office and oversees the legal and regulatory functions for JEGI CLARITY in EMEA and APAC.

Before joining JEGI CLARITY, Amrita worked across a range of sectors covering Infrastructure, Real Estate and M&A/Investment Banking. Most recently, she was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Basalt, an Infrastructure Fund, and has previously held roles at Clifford Chance LLP, Citi and Macquarie.

Amrita holds an MA, Jurisprudence from University of Oxford.
