As a Managing Director at JEGI CLARITY, Adam advises media, marketing, information, data, business services, and technology companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and capital raises.  Since joining JEGI CLARITY in 2000, Adam has participated in more than 100 successfully completed transactions with entrepreneurs and founders, private equity and venture capital firms, and strategic corporations. 

Adam serves on the Board of Directors of Ventana 3D, a leading holographic technology company, and is a former board member of the SIIA Connectiv division, a leading association for the B2B media and information industry.   

Adam holds his MBA with Honors in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, and his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
