Managing Director candidates must have not only significant experience in originating sell-side M&A transactions, but also an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach emblematic of the firm’s platform. Successful candidates will be self-starters, well-networked in the firm’s sectors, strong strategic thinkers, exceptional at business development and collaborative in leading and partnering on teams.
