Leonis Principal, Inc. (d/b/a “Leonis Partners”) and The Jordan Edmiston Group, Inc. (d/b/a “JEGI CLARITY,” and together with Leonis Partners, the “Parties”) have entered into a proposed combination agreement (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). JEGI CLARITY held its first Executive Leadership Dinner of 2022 on March 30th at the Pierre in New York starting at 6PM with cocktails. These events are structured as roundtable discussions and provide a stimulating evening of great conversation and networking.

This Dinner was focused on the topic “An Insider’s View of the Rapidly Changing Marketing Landscape” and the roundtable discussion was led by David Jones, Founder & CEO of The Brandtech Group, who shared his perspectives on the major influential forces that are transforming marketing services.

The Dinner brought together approximately 35 senior executives from a mix of large global corporations, such as Accenture, Interpublic Group and Spotify, and emerging companies, including Actable, Giant Spoon and Quigley.
